Telegram for Hotels

Take booking requests in Telegram

Let guests request a booking, pay a deposit and buy extras in the chat, and message them from your bot. A front desk in Telegram, not a channel manager.

Booking requests and deposits, not room-inventory management.

A hotel or guesthouse can take booking requests in Telegram: a guest picks a time slot in a Mini App, you take a deposit through your own Stripe, and you sell extras like breakfast or a late checkout from a storefront. Reminders and messages come from your bot. BotLaunch does not manage room inventory or nightly rates and does not sync with a channel manager.

What a hotel gets

Guests request a booking

A booking Mini App lets guests pick from the slots you open. The server keeps two guests out of the same slot.

Take a deposit

Collect a deposit through a Telegram invoice into your own Stripe. This needs your own bot connected.

Sell extras

Offer breakfast, a late checkout or a tour from a Mini App storefront, and let guests order in the chat.

Message your guests

Send confirmations, reminders and updates from your bot to the guests who started it.

How a hotel sets it up

01

Open your slots and extras

Set the booking slots you want to accept and add any extras as storefront products.

02

Connect payments

Connect your own bot and Stripe so deposits and extras settle to your account.

03

Share the Mini App

Guests request a booking, pay a deposit and buy extras in the chat. You see it all in the dashboard.

Questions from hotels

Does it manage room inventory and rates?

No. BotLaunch takes booking requests and deposits and sells extras. It does not track room inventory or nightly rates, and it does not sync with a channel manager or an OTA.

Can guests pay a deposit?

Yes, through a Telegram invoice into your own Stripe using your provider token. This requires connecting your own bot.

How do guests hear back?

Confirmations, reminders and updates arrive as a message from your bot to the guests who started it.
